Data Deletion Request

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your AeroDex Games account or Roblox-connected profile.

What You Can Request

• Delete an AeroDex account.
• Disconnect a Roblox-linked account from AeroDex services.
• Delete stored profile or support information where legally possible.
• Delete stored purchase/order history where legally allowed.

How to Request Deletion

Email us at rememsisthegreat228@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include your AeroDex username, Roblox username or Roblox User ID, and the email connected to your account if applicable.

Verification

To protect users, we may need to verify that you own the account before deleting information.

Processing Time

We will try to respond as soon as reasonably possible. Some information may need to be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Roblox Data

If you want to delete data stored by Roblox itself, you must contact Roblox or use Roblox account privacy controls. AeroDex Games can only delete data stored by AeroDex Games.
